CONTEST DESCRIPTION 關於比賽
「You & Mi say ...AMEN」MV Making contest is a competition organized by East Asia Music (Holdings) Limited ("the Organizers"), in which entrants shall compete by submitting their videos on GoYeah.com ("Sponsor's") website in compliance with the Terms and Conditions described hereunder ("T&C").
「You & Mi say ...AMEN」鄭秀文MV 創作全球大招募由東亞唱片（集團）有限公司主辦（下稱"主辦單位"），參賽者必須附合及遵守以下細則，並將參賽作品於指定日期前上載到GoYeah.com（下稱"贊助商"）之網站。
CONTEST ELIGIBILITY 參賽資格
1. The contest is open to people ages fourteen (14) and up. Entrants who are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence must have their parent/legal guardian's permission in order to submit an entry in this Contest. Employees of the Organizers, its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies, GoYeah.com and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
所有參賽者必須年滿14歲或以上，若未滿指定年齡人士須先獲其父母或監護人批准方可參與是次比賽。所有主辦單位之僱員、比賽贊助商、比賽選用之廣告及公關公司、GoYeah.com及其成員或聯營公司與及此等公司之僱員直屬家庭成員均不得參加是次比賽。
CONDITIONS OF CONTEST ENTRY 比賽入圍細則
2. The submitted Music Video may not contain, as determined by the Organizers, in their sole discretion, any content that :
所有參賽者必須確保所遞交之參賽作品沒有帶有以下內容。主辦單位保留比賽入圍細則的最終權利而毋須於修改前預先通知參賽者。
a) Is sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
內容涉及鼓吹性、不必要的暴力、貶低任何種族/性別/宗教/職業/年齡階層、褻瀆/色情或包含裸露畫面;
b) Promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
宣傳酒精、違禁藥物、煙草、武器 (或使用上述物品)，宣傳任何導致危險的活動。
c) Is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group.
帶有淫褻或令人厭惡及或;支持怨恨或怨恨小組的所有形式之內容
d) Defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about the artist, sponsor, or their products or other people, products or companies;
誹謗、歪曲或對藝人、贊助商/其產品或其他人、產品或公司含有輕蔑的評論;
e) Contains trademarks, logos or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or phraseology) owned by other entity other than the artist;
包含商標(例如顯著包裝或詞組)屬其他實體或藝人擁有;
f) Contains copyrighted materials owned by any third party (including photographs ad other works of art or image).
包含任何第三者已取得版權的物品 (包括相片及其他美術或影像作品);
g) Advertises or promotes any brand or product of any kind;
為任何類型的品牌或產品作商業性宣傳或推廣;
h) Contains any personal identification, such as personal names, street or email addresses, or phone numbers of any person or entity;
包含任何個人資料證明，例如任何人士或實體的名字/住址/電郵地址/電話;
i) Violates or encourages the violation of any law, rule or regulation;
觸犯任何法律、規條或守則，或帶有鼓勵性而作出上述行為。
j) Contains materials embodying the names, likenesses or other indicia identifying any person other than the artist, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead; and
包含物料帶有任何人士包括但不限於藝人/名人/其他公眾或私人人物（無論是在世或已過世的）之名字、外觀或其他相關特徵; 及
k) Promotes any particular political party, agenda or message; and/or communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive image and/or goodwill to which the artist wishes to associate.
宣傳任何特定政治派系、議程或訊息；及/或傳送之訊息或影像與藝人之形象及未來發展帶來負面影響。
3. Each Entrant warrants and represents that a) he/she owns all rights to the Music Video he/she is submitting, b) the Music Video is original and have been legally obtained and created. By submitting a Music Video to this contest, the Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless claim or cause of action arising out of such Music Videos or Entrant's participation in the Promotion.
每位入選者保證及陳述 a) 他/她擁有所遞交之音樂錄影帶一切使用權 b) 音樂錄影帶是參賽者本人原創及從合法途徑獲得及製作。參賽作品一經遞交，代表入選者同意授權及對其參賽作品或參賽者出席有關之宣傳活動保留非傷害性索償或採取行動。
4. All Organizers and East Asia Music trademarks and logos are protected. All rights of the producer and the owner of the Song are reserved. Unauthorized copying, hiring, renting, public performance and broadcasting of this recording are prohibited. As a result, the Entrant will not acquire a copyright or any other interest in the musical composition '阿門' or any master recording thereof by virtue of creating Music Videos.
所有主辦單位及東亞唱片(集團)有限公司之商標及公司徽章全部均受約束。主辦單位保留歌曲監制及版權人的所有權利。任何人未經許可，不得擅自以任何方式抄襲、租借、公開表現及公開播放本歌曲任何內容。因此，入選者並沒有"阿門"此音樂著作的任何版權或利益或製作此歌曲之音樂錄影帶母帶。
DISQUALIFICATION 取消資格
5. At any time during the contest, the Organizers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any Music Video for any reason.
在比賽期間，主辦單位保留以任何理由而取消參賽者資格及參賽作品的最終權利。
6. The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entries which use uncleared samples. Neither Organizers nor GoYeah.com shall be responsible for any use of uncleared samples.
主辦單位保留入選者因遞交之作品畫面不清晰而取消資格之權利，主辦單位或GoYeah.com將不會為此負責。
7. Any breach of the terms and conditions may result in disqualification of the affected Music Video and the disqualification of the Entrant from participation in the contest.
如參加者違反比賽條款及細則，主辦單位有權取消參賽作品及其參賽資格。
WINNER SELECTION/PRIZE ANNOUNCEMENT 遴選優勝者/宣佈獎項
8. Two weeks after the submission deadline, the Organizers will inform the winner which is selected by the Artist. Decisions of the Organizers are final, no substitutions will be available.
主辦單位會於截止遞交作品日之兩星期後，通知由藝人選出的優勝者，主辦單位擁有遴選最終決定權。
9. Winners at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted within one week of the notification of a winner acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules. Winners who are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence must have their parent/legal guardian's permission in order to sign a release form.
若優勝者為已成年人士，須於獲通知勝出後之一星期內簽署由主辦單位所提供的版權聲明書，以示確認及接受此乃比賽規條。若優勝者為未成年人士，須獲得其父母/監護人同意下簽署該版權聲明書。
PRIZE 獎項
10. The Winner shall receive a gift.
優勝者會獲得豐富禮物。
PRIVACY 私隱
11. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likenesses and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which the Organizer and GoYeah.com may deem appropriate.
優勝者就已獲取獎項後，同意主辦單位日後使用他/她的名字/肖像/聲線/相片用作主辦單位及GoYeah.com認為合適之形式及媒介（包括但不限於電台播放、報紙及其他刊物於電視台或電影發佈、幻燈、錄影帶、透過互聯網發佈及儲存於相片資料庫）作宣傳及或廣告用途，而毋須繳付或作出任何酬勞或補償。
RIGHTS GRANTED BY THE ENTRANT 入選者授予之權利
12. The Entrant grants to the Organizer and GoYeah.com the rights and license to stream, exploit, exhibit, show, market and distribute the Music Video in any platform, for the maximum term of copyright protection for the entire world and for any direct and indirect use or exploitation, whether commercial, informational or otherwise.This license is granted free of charge.
入選者授予主辦單位及GoYeah.com將其作品透過不同平台再授權作串流、使用、展示、放映、推廣及發行，此授予之專利權乃覆蓋至全世界用作任何直接及簡接使用或展示，不論屬商業性、資訊性或其他性質。
13. The Entrant will not exploit, or allow others to exploit, the Music Videos created by the Entrant without obtaining the prior written approval of the Organizers.
入選者在未取得主辦單位之書面准許前，不可使用或容許他人作展示其製作之參賽作品。
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY 權責限制
14. Neither the Organizer nor GoYeah.com shall be liable for any computer, online, telephone transmission or technical malfunctions that may occur during participation in the contest or any contest-related activity (including, without limitation, the voting phase of the contest), or for theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Music Videos. The Organizer and GoYeah.com assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, whether on account of technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing (including, without limitation, any such problems which may result in the inability to access the GoYeah.com or to submit Music Videos in connection with the Contest.)
主辦單位或GoYeah.com均毋須就參與比賽或與比賽有關之活動期間（包括但不限於比賽投票階段）出現之電腦、網上、電話傳輸或技術故障、或參賽者作品遭盜取、破壞、未經許可進入或改動而負上任何責任。主辦單位及GoYeah.com假定毋須為因電話系統或線路、電腦上線系統、伺服器、供應商、電腦設備、軟件、電郵、播放器或瀏覽器出現的任何失誤、遺漏、中斷、刪除、損壞、運作或傳送延誤、失效或技術故障，不論是基於互聯網或其他網站戶口之技術問題、網絡擠塞或結合上述因素（包括但不限於其他因素）而引致未能將參賽作品遞交至GoYeah.com負上任何責任。
TERMINATION 終止
15. The Organizer reserve the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
主辦單位在任何時候均保留退出或終止此比賽的最終權利，而毋須預先通知。
GOVERNING LAW 適用法律
16. The contest is governed by and subject to the laws of the HKSAR.
本比賽受管制於香港特別行政區法律。
